Partnership Agreement

Experience has shown us that our partners have their own varying and unique requirements. We are sensitive to these essentials and strive to place as few expectations on our partners as possible. We do ask that all of our partners sign a partnership agreement with Noteworthy Ministries. This agreement defines the expectations of Noteworthy Ministries and our commitment to our partners.

Our partner designates a Program Manager, who signs the Partnership Agreement on behalf of the partnering organization.

Components of the Partnership Agreement

Bible Study and Guitar Lessons
We are a Christian ministry and there must be a spiritual component to each program. You may use our Amazing Grace Bible Study or another one that you prefer. The Bible study and guitar instructional material, including a guitar instructional DVD, will be made available for your use. The Bible study and guitar lessons are held in conjoining sessions on the same day or evening. The Bible study is taught first. The length of each program component is 45 minutes.

Program Leaders/Leader Background Checks & Screening Procedures
Our partners select their own leaders for the Amazing Grace Bible & Guitar Study, and are responsible for ensuring adequate background checks and screening procedures are completed for all instructors and assistants, prior to beginning the program.

Program Length – 3 months
We ask that your program be at least three months long. We have found that it takes at least three months for the kids to grasp the fundamentals of guitar.

Pictures & Testimonies
Whenever possible, we ask that our partners provide us with photos/videos and testimonials of your participants and leaders in both the Bible & guitar study. We like to use these in our newsletters and ministry updates. This also helps us to raise funds for additional programs.

Graduation
At the program’s end, a graduation ceremony is held, officially marking the end of the Amazing Grace Bible & Guitar Study. At this time, participants are recognized for their accomplishment and formally presented with their guitar. Many of our partners choose to have their graduation ceremony as part of their Sunday morning worship service. This is also an excellent time for the kids to play their guitars as a group for the congregation. Please remember to recognize the commitment of your program leaders.

Agreement with Statement of Faith & Core Values
Noteworthy Ministries serves with numerous denominations within the Christian faith. We celebrate the diversity within the Christian community regarding differing traditions and styles of worship. Given this, we have certain Biblical standards that we hold to be essential basic truths found in Scripture. These apply to program leadership/leaders only.

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, became man, without ceasing to be God, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary, in order that He might reveal God and redeem sinful man.

We believe that salvation is a gift of God that is received by man through personal faith in Jesus Christ.

• The Local Church
We believe that all Christians are called to be in active fellowship, service, support, and accountability within a local church.
